How does airport pickup work?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. They monitor your flight in real time using our tracking system and adjust automatically for delays. You don't need to notify them.
How does payment work?
Two ways. Pay online when you book, which waives the booking fee and sends your receipt straight away. Or pay the driver at the end of the journey by cash or card (Visa, Mastercard), and your receipt follows once the ride is complete.
Are child seats available?
Yes, we offer baby seats (0-13 kg), booster seats with backrest (9-36 kg) and approved child seats. Please specify when booking, it is free.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 hours before pickup time. Contact us via WhatsApp or email. Under 3 hours, 50% of the fare may be charged.
Does the price include tolls and luggage?
Yes. Highway tolls, VAT, luggage within the vehicle's capacity and the waiting time included at your pick-up point (45 minutes at an airport, 20 at a station) all sit inside the figure you are quoted. Only waiting beyond that allowance is added afterwards, at €0.30 a minute.
